Vintage bathroom sinks - Old age, new age?

1940s -1950s

For the ultimate look for this period consider basing your colour scheme on shades of pink.green and white.  In design terms it's really up to you what style of bathroom sink is suitable, nothing to modern, your standard porcelain sink square or rounded will suffice, pedestal or vanity.  Colour of walls in your bathroom should match those of the fixtures installed to pull of this look effectively.

1960s - 1970s

Cremes, browns and cheque board patters are basis of your colour scheme. separate type vanity vintage sinks are not recommended with this style of bathroom, instead consider purchasing a rounded or squared undercounter style vintage sink, oval in design.  If you would like a vanity included then be sure to purchase one large unit instead of separate units for him and her.  By doing this you are keeping the basis in design true to this era.
